Hi DG gang,
And firstly forgive me because I am sure these subjects have been covered in other threads but can use some help.

Where do you start to create your journal?
I found this part of the website last night and i read a few of the member journals. It was very encouraging and i have to say inspiring as well!! Everyone here seems to have the same bug that I have had and thanks to Dean I see a way forward!! Thank you DEAN!!!
This is my first entry in a, hopefully, long journey into the real estate investing world. I am very excited to get started applying Dean's methods and sheding some bad habits that have kept me back. I started reading 'Be a Real Estate Millionaire' last night as well. I'm addicted!!

After receiving Dean's book his coaches called me and asked me to join the academy. After joining I was a nervous wreck about the amount of money I invested and was tempted to call and get my refund back and get out of the whole thing.
Hello Family,
I just joined Dean's Real Estate Success Academy on January 23rd. I've just completed my first lesson and will be working on my action steps this week. I am very excited and looking forward to much success. I am finally stepping out of my comfort zone and leaping out on faith.

Hi everybody,
Just wanted to hear about anyone's experiences dealing with realtors to purchase REOs. I spoke with 1 realtor today and he insisted that banks he deals with want to know that you have pre-approved financing before we can go talk to the bank.
Has this been a roadblock for any of you or should I just keep looking for other realtors that deal with REOs? Or are you able to work with realtors that understand that you will be assigning these REOs to 3rd party investors and they will either pay in cash or other resources available to them.
Thx,
Neil
I thought I'd start my own thread here as I just joined the class. My first call is tomorrow With Marla Jones. Hope the investment is worth it. I intend to make the most of it. Do they really follow thru with refunding you if you get 5 deals in one year?
We'll find out.....I am going forward "pedal to the metal" to be continued.....
I'm writing because I get so lost in all the information that comes with real estate. As i look at properties I find my self asking questions like how do I know if this is a good deal, or in the right area?
