Just wrapped up another deal in one of my favorite little towns in California. Maricopa is the city specifically and the property was put under contract by my business partner. He set his price at $32,500 and I located a buyer and marked the property up an additional $2500 and we closed 10 days later.
One way to do deals is not to really have the property or the contract. You just need to know someone who has them both and supply the buyer with cash and still get paid.
