I am a full time real estate investor. This is all I do for the time being. I live in Denver, Colorado and love my city. I quit Starbucks April of 2015 and life has never been the same since. If you are looking to get into real estate investing, it's sweeter on this side. A job will never be able to give me the time freedom I have. The ability to make choices when emergency situations come up. The flexibility to hang out with my friends and family around their schedule because they still work 9-5pm jobs.
