I am new to this and I have just finished the book, found a realtor and I have been driving around looking for properties. I am writting because I wanted to create a new thread for people like myself and thought perhaps we can learn together.

I just wanted to write to everyone including the Dean Graziosi's Team to not only thank them but to compliment them on an outstanding job. The reason I felt the need to write out to everyone is not only to encourage everyone and let them know that if you chose Dean and his team of experts to help you with your financial destiny, not only are you blessed by our great Lord, but you are in great hands! I have found that they are personable, friendly, very helpful, as well as truly the real deal in wanting to make us the next big success, so I share why. Here is my story.

CARLTON SHEETS STARTS A WEB-SITE

I was just checking my emails and for whatever reason looked at my spam mail and saw that Carlton Sheets has just started his website (COPYING THE DG FAMILY I'M SURE) I didn't open the mail, because it was listed as spam, where it belongs. I was wondering if anyone else in the family has gotten this junk mail also. When you are number #1 as we are at DG, everybody looks to copy you. Let me know...Jan

writing a business plan

I'm having trouble writing a business plan. Anyone know of someplace I can get a template as so I can get started with my plan.

Incredible Gift Program

I just read on CRE online that the FED's have opened up a part 2 program for REI only ( not to homebuyers) From what I am understanding this program allows $36,500 in grant money to be used for REI only. Did you get it "GRANT MONEY" does not have to be paid back. The post goes on to say that you can 1 grant per enity, up to 5 enities. For all of us trying to find ways to make deals happen, this could be the answer to all our prayers. I am still researching the post, and at this point this is all that I can offer my DG family.

Hello everyone my name is Lilie and I just got in to the game of Real estate. I read most all posts you guys put out there. My question is how can you do real estate investment if you are not a US citizen only hold a grean card can't get a mortgage, have no credit history. Any idias on that would greatly appreciate. Hi, I am curious to know who lives the closest to me i live in West Virginia. I am willing to make a deal. I will personally pay you 5,000 to be my closest business partner for one time or ongoing. I will sign a promissory note and upon the sale of my home, I will pay that person 5,000 for coming to meet with me and getting out their and doing our first deal. All for just having your knowledge and If you think you have the knowledge and incentive, lets make a deal. Please respond to this by telling me what state/location you are in. This is kind of a mentor fee from me to you.

Technical problem

I apologize if this is in the wrong place but I didn't see where to contact techincal assistance.

Each time I open up entries that I post, the side bar menu covers the middle of my page. It's not my computer as I use many computers a day. I can't get the side bar menu off my page and to the side where it belongs. Please help.

I am a local FHFH (Farmers and Hunter Feeding the Hungry) coordinator and I was wanting to see if anyone on here could give me a few ideas on how to raise money. I raise the money to process big game that is donated to the hungry people in my area via churches or food pantries. Does anyone have ideas that would help me, or anyone else that would read the topic and need some advice.
