You’re in a business that requires you to be organized. You’ll have forms and reference materials and it’s important that you have a place to keep these. We recommend that you remember OHIO ( that stands for “only handle it once”) Do one of the following with each piece of paper that crosses your desk: Act on it, read it, file it or toss it. Be sure that you need it before you file it.

A dedicated phone number
April 24th, 2009 | posted by scarlsonThere’s several ways to get this done.
1. Get a cell phone and answer it “Corporate Office” to everybody that calls you.
2. If a cell phone is cost prohibitive now, consider using a pager with a voice message on it that says, Hi, this is---------- I am on the other lin or out of the office. Please leave your name and phone number and I’ll call you at my earliest convenience .
3. Have a business line set-up in your work space at home.
4. Using an 800 number answering service. Two web sites are www. Kall8.com and www.tincan.com.
A set place to work
April 24th, 2009 | posted by scarlsonIt ‘s said that if you have a designated place to work, you’re twice as effective. To start, you’ll need a place somewhere in your present living quarters. Some place where you can concentrate and get some work done. This is a space that is yours, not a desk that you share with the family. This is a formula for disaster if you share a work space. Your materials will be “disappearing” and you will find that you are doing more chasing than doing

I AM BRAND NEW!!
February 27th, 2009 | posted by gvaldez0325I just purchased Dean's books and I am considering enrolling in his success academy. I have no money, poor credit. I was thinking to get started by assigning contracts. Do you have to get a mortgage or put money down in order to purchase and assign to someone else?? When do you get paid? Can anyone walk me thru step by step?
Thanks,
Gabriela
Dinner with Dean
February 26th, 2009 | posted by acinvestmentsHello Graziosi Family…Chip and Andrea here – this year’s “Take Me Away, Dean” winners. We wanted to take a couple minutes and let you know what we’ve been up to.
We took a long weekend and flew down to Arizona. It was nice to take a few hours off from work and get away for a couple days. We enjoyed some In-N-Out Burger (we don’t have those here in Colorado, so it’s a treat for us), the warm weather and sleeping in. However, the highlight of the weekend was undoubtedly meeting with Dean and Jonelle for dinner – sorry, In-N-Out Burger.
