Hello Everyone. I am 58 years old and I have been married for 19 years. My wife and I just retired about 1 1/2 years ago and are trying to enjoy our retirement and do all of the things that your suppose to do when you retire after 30 years of work at one company. I have always wanted to get into real estate but never had any money and was afraid i would not be able to make any money at it because i did not know what to do or how to do it. But now I am going to give it my all.

Hey, Steve! I did not know you live in Fresno. Believe it or not, I lived there for about a year back in 1991-1992 to go to CAL State Fresno.
