My wife and I own a real estate investment company, Michelle Ryan Investments, LLC. We are based in Bothell, WA, and invest mainly in SFHs in Indianapolis, Indiana.

We are originally from Tokyo, Japan.

We have done 9 deals so far. We have purchased/rehabbed seven SFHs and flipped two of them to an investor. We are getting our 10th deal in Indy this fall. We are also doing wholewsaling here in the local greater Seattle area.
