Investing Journals

Today was the first contact I had with Real Estate Agents. The first agent I talked to said there is no-way I can do an assignment of contract, and who ever told me that knows nothing about real estate. He told me Deans program is a scam and I should not have anything to do with investing. He got me second guessing myself. With the next Agent I talked to told me that she does assignment of contracts all the time and don't listen to the first agent, we had a good conversation about real estate. Another thing the first agent told me if I stayed with investing never use his company at all.

I have been on the site for like 3 hours lol and I read 20 pages of the book!

Just started a few days ago. I put an order in for the book and I'm waiting. I'm sure that by the time I get it I will not be able to invest right away (although I won't know until I read it, right?)

I don't want to cash in my IRA because that is my emergency fund so I've decided to get my hands dirty in bird-dogging. I figure I can do this for houses and large assets for people. I could probably even match people with jobs and jobs with people for $ at that rate. I even started the site www.bird-dogger.com because it sounds like so much fun.

Well finally found were to post my writings. Now to start over.

So I can really feel the confidence flowing through me after today. Currently I have attracted a Realtor who will work with me. Apparently I am bringing new investing strategies to the area I am living in. So I guess I can start out with a Huge "Thank You" to Dean. My Realtor has been in the business for eleven years and I'm so happy she is willing to work with such a green Investor. She will be a great match for my team and she is ready to lend me her expertise every step of the way.

5/04/2009-Received Dean G's book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now!" and dug right into it.
5/09-Getting extremely excited about going out there and making things happen NOW!

I been up almost 24hrs. I just have been so excited about what this summer has for me. I will be for the next 3 months a full time real estate investor until end of august that when i go back to work if i go back. It feels good to finaly start my journal!!!

hi every body. i started using deans book as soon as i finished reading it,but i am having trouble with the realator part, cant seem to find one that wants to help make this work around here,so i have kind of stalled, need some encouraging words to keep me going thanks!

I am starting this journal to be able to look back on my progress as I continue to work toward my goals. I will begin by describing what has been done since starting a few months ago.

I read both Be a Real Estate Millionaire and Profit From Real Estate Right Now 2-3 months ago. Since then I've gone through several real estate agents, most of which would not take me seriously. I finally found a team I can work with.
