Hi, I just bought Dean's books from his TV ad. I am still reading them. So far, so good.

I work three jobs, am married, and have a 2 yr. old. I also live on my land in the country and milk 2 Jersey cows twice a day.

We are hoping to find another property in the country where the land is more productive than what we have now.

Have been interested in real estate for many years, but have not pursued the interest until now.

Have no money, deep in debt, but mostly hospital bills, student and signature loans. Very interested in finding out how to do deals with no money down.
