So here I start. I have yet to do a deal, have yet to finish my books. I am always scared to pull the trigger on new things that have to do with money, and lack confidence in myself. Am looking forward to 2010 as 2009 has been a mass of bad luck. So this year is for learning. Next year is for making money.

My lone goal for now: Prepare for 2010. Yes, I know you should start right away, but my kharma is jacked up this year. So I read and learn.

Current situation:
Living paycheck to paycheck.
Losing my home to foreclosure soon.

Skye's medicine - here we go

Since I have not "met" most of you, my name is Trish and I am just getting started into the REI program. Have yet to get the books - too broke to do that yet, and I am currently in financial crisis. No money to invest, barely making ends meet, and currently out of work on short term dis due to a shoulder injury. My first questions have been - HOW DO I START!!! Listened to Dean's Instant Equity call, Checked out the forums, signed up for the confrence call tomorrow, and started researching online.

My REI journal

I am very excited and anxious to get started. I just recieved Dean's "Profit From Real Estate RIGHT NOW!" book. I am starting this journal to track my progress as I embark into my new REI career.

Time to start reading. I look forward to posting my progress.

I havent been on in a while but just made a mp3 DVD of ALL my Real Estate audio courses! It was 1,200 files! O.o I have a lot to learn! I'll try to get on more ok you guys!

I read this statement and thought why not? So,I find myself excited, anxious, and a little nervous. I can't wait to thank Brian Andrus in person for encouraging me to move forward with my career! I have already spoken to 3 other RE agents and they were so pumped up I had to calm them down! The same agents also can't wait to start bringing deals together. Although I just picked this book up 4 days ago, I can honestly say it has already had a tremendous effect on my mind set.

I think I had my first break. I have been having trouble finding investors to work with me. Well, through a relation I was able to talk to a marketing person for a local company. This person had the types of contacts I was looking for. Real Estate agent, Lawyer, and other investors. Through one brief lunch meeting describing my intentions, I was able to get assistance in building my team. Also, I received a short lesson in internet marketing. Now I will put my new knowledge to work.

A little background information about me:

My name is Mirza Strujo I am a 23 year old graduate student getting my MBA. Last may I graduated with a bachelors degree in Geology. I am very interested in business, real estate, sustainable green buildings, technology. Time to begin the gauntlet!

Honestly, I have been studying REI (Real Estate Investing) since 1997 while I was in college. I saw Carleton Sheets' infomercial after a very long night at the library. Since then, I've ordered and read 2 versions of his course.

I just bought 14 years of my pension plan.

I know the Title sounds a bit odd, but I have a story to back it up! A few weeks I posted "Going to Closing" and since then I have closed on my first buy and hold deal. I have benefited in so many ways from that deal. I wanted to talk about an idea or a revelation that popped into my head while working a 12 hour long night shift. Here is the story.
