A little background information about me:
My name is Mirza Strujo I am a 23 year old graduate student getting my MBA. Last may I graduated with a bachelors degree in Geology. I am very interested in business, real estate, sustainable green buildings, technology. I enjoy sports, music, the great outdoors, fishing, hunting, hanging out with friends etc. everything a college kid does.
Some information about my real estate investing plans:
I decided that I was going to try and get into real estate while I am still in school. I have met with a few real estate investors in Rochester NY and have gotten some great advice and wisdom. I would like to do wholesale deals because of my time commitment in school and because I don't have money right now of my own to play with. I have met with a real estate agent who likes my idea for wholesaling and likes the Matt Larson 25:1 strategy. So this is what we have started to do. he has sent me lots of single family, and multi family properties in the Rochester area and I have been narrowing them down. He is in the process of making offers 30%-to50% off asking price and we are going from there.
My next goal is to find a good real estate attorney to go over my contracts and to make sure I am doing everything right.
I also plan on getting a LLC and protecting my assets which is not that much right now since I am a broke college student.
I can not afford the Dean Success Academy right now and I wish I could but I am going to try and do it on my own with the help of the deangraziosi.com website. You guys are great.
I also have a possible deal near campus that I am looking at and need some advice. I started a thread here and any advice would be great thank you.

Well I will keep you guys posted on everything that is going on in the next few days. Right now I have to go study for a Managerial Accounting Exam I have tomorrow.
Well it sounds like you have a great plan and that is what will keep you moving forward. Just remember work your business like a business not a hobby.
