Good day,

My name is Joseph Sweatt (Chief) is what they call me in the Army. I was nervous the first time I ever went to an auction they had some great deals. I just need some education in how I can find investment money looking for guideance because I just don’t have the money to get these great deals looking for help on my journey and don’t want to quit the small steps I have taken.

> 2-15-2010. Wow! I am really in need of a "come to Jesus" meeting! I am so overwhelmed about my negative financial situation that it has really taken a toll on my attitude. Today is just not a good day. I'm here at work just letting everything get the best of me.

And another thing, I just thought about, I haven't had a raise in two years! Whew! Can I really do this real estate thing? Am I capable?

It's been a crazy year. In fact its been the worst year, yet perhaps the best depending on how you look at it. Like anybody else iv'e had some rough times, my little brother passed away last July, im going through divorce, I was thrown in jail and am fighting a **** charge right now which is costing me thousands. On top of that my credit score fell, and my beautiful cadillac needs a $4,000 repair. Not to mention my other car was nearly totalled a few months back.

Yes sir, its been hectic and theres been tragedy. But none the less these are the times in life that make or break a person. The choice is yours, Ive had alot of set backs but havent lost focus of my financial goals through real estate.

Hello to everyone,
I'm Richard and brand new to the program. I bought these books about 2 wks ago after seeing the informercial for the past year or two. I'm so excited about it I've read both books in a matter of a week. I'm going to go through them again and again until I know it. Excited and ready I am lol Hope everyone can put my excitement together w/ their own and make some things happen. I'm so over-welmed tho I don't know where to start. Anyone have a idea other than finding a Real Estate Agent? My credit is very poor and I know they wouldn't want to even try talking to me.

So far I have enjoyed reading everyone's story and what it take to move mountain to get where you want to be. Just like everone else I set up one night and discover one of Dean commerical which made me feel he was truley talking from his heart and not just another make millions selling realestate program. I have to say, I did purchase one books at barns and noble and placed it on the book shelf because it seem to be a lot of talk and no action in the 1st couple of chapter. So I lost interest and went on with my life. Then one day I seen the infomercial again and this time my wife said come here I want you to see something so I dashed into the room to see what was so important that she wanted me to just stop what I was doing.

I'm so grateful to have found Dean and this awesome website! I just got through reading his books and I am really inspired by them and also by everyone's sharing about their experiences and accomplishments......I'm excited about my future for the first time in a long time and can't wait to get started. I will keep you all updated.....hopefully on all my successes!

> 2-10-2010. Today I reviewed 8 classified ads from single family homes to mobile homes to multi-units. It is amazing how little time I have invested thus far (3 weeks), but how much knowledge I've gained. I know now the risk level, the importance of location, what the magic buttons are, etc. I have never come this far with any other program I "tried" to start. You feel me when I say, "tried"?

> 2-10-2010 OMG....I can't believe I just placed three ads on craigslist for investors, sellers and buyers! I have amazed myself, LOL. But what's funny to me is that I haven't gotten property the first to sell or anything for that matter. Lord knows what I'll do if I actually get responses. I'll be "shaking in my heels", LOL.
