WC- Starting Over in Real Estate for the Third time

I got Dean's books and opened the box on Sunday, February 14, 2010. I read the first book then completed the next on 2/17 (last night). I thought I would never do this again but something about Dean and his info got me to call

I have tried RE investing twice before and failed. However, someone told me I will fail only if i do not get up again, so here i am. I am hoping that with the help of the DG team, i will make it this time.

I am writing this journal to keep me motivated and on target because of my fear of failure. I want to succeed but very fearful.
I have been reading the posts and grateful for all the information and encouragement from all.

Plans for today
1. Look up ads in the newspaper in my neighborhood.

> I contacted and placed 12 investors on my buyers list.

> I received a return call from one of the 12 investors. He will partner with me on assignments and finder's fees in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. He is interested in buying junkers, distressers, etc.

I received this private message in my "in box" and have no idea who this is. I think the DG family should rally together to keep this individual. He really does not state what the issues were with the program? What are your thoughts?

I can't understand why people are having such a hard time locating deals. They are everywhere, especially in this market.

Finding an Investor friendly agent

I am having a problem finding an investor friendly agent in the Clarksville, TN area. Any advice please.

Newbie in the game

I completed reading two of Deans' books two weeks ago. I am still psyched up but a little bit worried of the unknown. I have so far managed to get a real estate agent, she is a professional. Can you imagine, she replied my emails promptly and send me a list of three properties. The properties seems alright. I plan on checking out the properties.The main problem, I don't have buyers at the moment. I am getting nervous.

Postive thinking

Today I ws going through a number of things wondering if I can do the foot work to get started to find buyers for Propertys.
i been on line searching Tax propertys,liens sending out Emails for information on how to get these propertys.
Day one i set goals for myself that one Year from now I will be in a better please,I been in a accident on the job which almost cost me my life to where the bones on the left side of my face been crashed.

Today i thought caN I do this an wat Avenue can I take to start inmvesting and making this come alive and i would like to start with myself in about 3 Months form now I would like to do the NO MONEY Down option to Purchase for myself so I can own my own First property for me and my family.
