Well this is really not day one as I have been reading the books for a few weeks now but hey, had to start somewhere so I decided to call this day one! I actually called to find out about the sucess academy yesterday afternoon and decided that I AM going to join that on the 3rd of March because that is when I will be able to do it; however, in the mean time I am committed to reading and studying Dean's awesome books, opening his emails, and of course going thru this site! TODAY I have been reading all day! I have concluded that I am interested in the lease-option and am especially inspired by Greg's success!
I am a bit confused to say the least! I just looked through the classified section of a local newspaper and have seen several FSBO ads. The problem is I don't know what to say or do from there! I am thinking that the best way for me to start is by advertising to start building my lists then sending potential sellers, buyers, and tenant buyers thru an automated system (as Dean talks about in PRFRRRN.

Not very productive today! BTW...Happy Valentines to u all! I did read a chapter from PRFRRRN. Other than that I must say I didn't do much today just enjoyed Valentines Day with family.

Reading Dean's books all day and focusing on assignments! All this reading but no action yet does not seem like the thing to do! I MUST TAKE ACTION! Guess you could say that the big ole fear monster is holding me back! I'm thinking that I just need to start advertising to start building my lists! OMG I am scared! There.... I said it! Scared that someone WILL call and I won't know what to say!

Still hiding behind the books! LOL! I am gonna get goin' yep...I really am! Today (actually yesterday cause I still awake!) I studied the Automatic Probate Finder website and discovered bonus material both text and audio that I missed first time around so of course I spent several hours soaking up more info!
