Hello everyone. I am new to real estate investing and also to journal talk. I am extremely excited about the new adventure I am about to embark on. I just got Dean's books two weeks ago and they are awesome. I love that it is an easy read and Dean explains things so simply that anyone can understand. I just finished BARM and am half way through the his latest book. Can't wait to get started.

I met this wholesale property finder, his name I'll keep anonymous, but for the sake of conversation, let's call him Mr. X. He knows a California Bulk REO investor that has properties right now in the states of CA, AZ, NV, TX, AND FL.

Anyone wanting to buy needs to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Once you sign he will send you the client profile and REO order form with the investor's contact info who will then call you to discuss the details of your property criteria. After that, he'll send you the list of properties. You can close at their office face-to-face.

Performing 1st Trust Deed for sale

Hi All,
I received an email from someone wanting me to buy a "Performing 1st Trust Deed" for $140K with a face value of $160K, 60-75% LTV. Okay, I'm pretty smart, but what the heck is this?

I'm so stuck

I guess I've figured out I'm the kind of person who listens to the negative opinions about what I would like to do with Real Estate investing. I put on the breaks last summer and did not finish the online training. Trying so hard to get the courage to get going. I was so fired up in the beginning and then someone who I am close with was the most negative. I came to a screeching halt. ARG!

I am looking for partners who are interested in investing with wholesaling properties. If you would like to get involved with the wholesaling end of real estate investing, please contact me. I have found that my particular niche is finding deals/buyers and working with the motivated sellers and investors. I am currently finding a lot of great deals in my area, and have built a very large buyers list in a very short period of time. I also realized that I can do this virtually anywhere in the country.

Back to the point. The founders of Ben & Jerry's ice cream were on this cattle drive and issued a challenge for anyone to mention a meal and the founders would come up the ideal ice cream to go with that meal. The founders of Ben & Jerry won.

Roger's REI Journal - Twin Cities!

Hello this is Roger from the Twin Cities, Minnesota. It's about time I make an official appearance on the forums. I have been reading everyone else's journals, encouragements, successes, challenges and I think it is time for me to make some contributions to the great DG community. It is also time for me to get serious about Real Estate Investing. I want to move quickly.
My job of 25 years ended last week and my first order of business is to get a 401k rolled over to a real estate investment friendly IRA. That is the investment side. On the day-to-day living side, it appears that my family will need to down-size for the time being in order to control expenses while we get this no job no income thing worked out.

Well, this is my first posting to my new journal so I guess I'll start off by telling everybody a little about me and my real estate goals and accomplishments.
I'm 36 and I live in Jackson, MS. I'm the head manager and DJ at a local night club - a J-O-B that somehow turned into a career Sad
