With so much information the website where do I begin?

I bought them all too

I bought all of the other programs out there over the last 20+ years. Carlton Sheets, Don Lapre, And the one that does tax liens.. many.. I tried everything, nothing worked until now.. Within less than 4 weeks using Dean's strategies and taking action, was able to lock up a lease option. Using simple things that I saw all around me, yet, was afraid to take action. Until now. Anyone that is new and just starting or hasn't ordered Dean's materials, they are priceless. Just like this site and all the DG family members out there, priceless. You can't put a value on support, materials, people just like me who got motivated to change their lives forever. It works, don't let anyone tell you it doesn't. My first deal may be.......

My first deal may be right around the corner. There's a house across the street from where I live and an older lady use to live there. She's moved out and the house is vacant now. It's being offered by a realtor. I spoke to an agent at their office today and their asking 84K for it. I did some home work myself on the property before I called and the majority of what the agent told me I had already found out.

Hi, I have found an REO asking price 8000 I am going to offer 3500. SFR 2 br 1 bath already done comps in the area, 4800 65000 ARV. needs about 5000-10000 rehab. A lot of the house needs cosmetics, paint and cleaning which I can do myself. I own and operate a cleaning business. I can't seem to find an investor around here that is serious. Willing to split profits upon sale of property 55% to you 45% to me. Since I will be doing a lot of the work and providing supplies myself. I will sign a contract with my potential partner included on the contract. Any taker? interested parties?

Well here we go! After reading other members journal entry, I've become excited again with Dean's program and techniques.

I am currently a licensed Real Estate Agent in sin city - Las Vegas. I have a love/hate relationship with this place. I hate it because it seems like I'm stuck here yet I LOVE it because of all the money-making opportunities.

I have yet to sign up with the Success Academy and from all the testimonial's I've read, it's a DEFINITE MUST to join.

Sakrificer's daily journey to a better life!

Well I have no idea on how to write one of these so I guess I will start this off with a little about me, why I am doing this and finish it off with a daily (hopefully) summary of what I did that day to help me grow.

I read someone elses journal today and after reading theirs I felt that this would be a good way to basically tell my story and keep me accountable. So thanks to that member (Rina and Indiana Joe / Stacey)

Lease Option

Feeling better about making an offer on my first deal have had some help come along after many posts and no responses. Now on to something different. Want to start working on my second deal and for this one I would like to do a lease option need just a few quick pointers to get me started.
