Lisa's First Success Journal!!
September 15th, 2010 | posted by smurfyHi, everyone.
My name is Lisa and I'm a 52 (EDIT: 53 now as of 3-30!!!) (54 now !!!!!!) year old single mother, career student, and Social Security Disability recipient. I am a cancer survivor (16 years now) and have been plagued with depression for as long as I can remember.
Here we go! - Allison's Journal
September 15th, 2010 | posted by Success32Hello everyone! "This is the beginning of a beautiful friendship." I'm starting my journal at the suggestion of another DG family member. I hadn't thought of doing one because I haven't done my first deal yet. But when I thought about it, it made sense. Of course I should start a journal because I may meet some obstacles that others can help me with. Or I might need to reflect on my progress. In the least this will hold me accountable for continuing forward.
I apologize now if this journal is a little bit boring in the beginning. But as I see it,it can only get better. I look forward to sharing my story with you.

Still working on closing my deal
September 13th, 2010 | posted by asiebertThe last time I was on here I write I can't do this, and The DG family run to my side and I thank you all for that. Well moving on I am still working on getting a buyer for my seller properties and I had a few ask about it. I found some properties I need to put on contract I know on of my buyer will love this one. I read this in one of the book, keep you mind in the present and you will not stress yourself when that time come to find a buyer, seller, etc. Its beening working for me. When I see myself thinking about the what if I stop and say stay in the present. I'm back and working hard to close a deal.

Finding real estate leads
September 12th, 2010 | posted by rbj228Finding leads has been tough in this biz. Where do you go? where do you start?
I have spent thousands on real estate leads and have gotten nothing from it.
Leads are everything in this biz because they can literally help you buy or sell property.
I truly think this is a great site to find buyers, investors and other professionals to network with.
But i must say, if you are looking to find real , quality real estate leads you must visit www.**** because it is free and has thousands of leads that are all 100% quality.
This is not an ad. Just a tip for my fellow investors. I ama n investor in NY and use it all the time and have gotten results.
Anyways, best of luck everyone
