Credit problem

I would talk with the bank, but first thing you need to do is if you can repair your credit. I don't know your situation, but see if you can get your credit report and make sure there's no errors on there. There are bad credit loans, but the interest rates can be high. Just my two cents.

I've been a Banker/Branch Manager/and Sales Team Leader for more than 12 years. If your credit is bad, you won't get a bank loan right now. Your best options are to start small.

1. Get a store credit card at first. Use it and pay it off in 6 months or less. Use it again and pay it off again.

2. Get another card and pay it off. Once you have had the cards for a year and paid them well and ontime.

3. Apply for a secure loan from your bank. By secure, I mean secured by a small savings or a low price automobile.

4. Once you've paid that as agreed apply for an unsecured loan or a larger secured loan.

5. Apply for a major credit card and close the high interest store credit cards.

Note: Get with a banker, he/she will help you if they care.

Dean's Books are teaching us how to finance houses without the bank, but you still will need to repair or build your credit.
