OfflineI purchased Dean's book over a year ago with the idea of finding more about the business and I'm so proud to say that this is the best $30.00 I ever spent in my life. After I read the book I gave it to my husband and we both started networking and following Dean's advise. To make this story short, we just want to say that we have four positive cash rentals and had accomplished eleven flips on the last 11 months. One flip per month. We live in Surprise, Arizona and even on this market, we are making money. We love the business and get an addrenaline rush every time we get one. This is addictive and we are living our dream.
Thank you Dean for giving us the push to start and for keeping us morivitaded to continue.
Sorry, it took so long to let you know how happy and appreciative we are with you. We are always busy making money, but today I decided to give you an update about our story.

It was good to know that I am not the only one that a year ago I bought the book too, and that if I apply myself more I will be able to do what you are
doing today, I was feeling NOT DEPRESSED but a little confused about all the
things you have to do, but everything will fall in its place God willing soon.
