I really don't know where to start. I am a 20 year college student that doesn't have credit and a little money to my name. All I have is desire and hope that's it's enough to get me started. I would really appreciate any help or tips along the way from you guys...Well the JOURNEY STARTS NOW!!

Getting his newest book of R.E information & getting one of his most popular books, "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" as an add-on was a major deal in my opinion!
I'm starting this journal for several reasons:
a) to keep fellow DG members updated on my progress
b) keep myself motivated and accountable
c) track what I do & don't do action wise while reading Dean's books
d) motivate & inspire other young moms like me to take action!
50% seller financing
March 7th, 2011 | posted by skutr38I found a property for 24k the seller is willing to carry back 50% to do the deal with approved funds. But I don't have the funds I mean the other half of the 24k does anyone have any really good ideas to help me get this deal done? Its a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. Haven't drove by it yet but its near a college I'm sure of that. So it would probably be a pretty decent deal. Its REO home any information would be greatly appreciated.

We are looking for people with a kick butt mentality that will knock down doors. We would like to put together deals with no money, just guts, making something huge out of nothing.
I prefer lease options and than purchase and holds. Any commissions that I would make would be given back to our group to reinvest.

Homes sold for cash
March 3rd, 2011 | posted by agh615I have been looking and can't find anything. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place. Anyway, can anyone tell me how I can find a list of homes that sold for cash in our area? I have a letter set to send out but, no one to send it to. We have to build our buyer list more and I saw this in someone's journal and thought it was a great way to do that.
