I really don't know where to start. I am a 20 year college student that doesn't have credit and a little money to my name. All I have is desire and hope that's it's enough to get me started. I would really appreciate any help or tips along the way from you guys...Well the JOURNEY STARTS NOW!!

So I've been posting and posting ads but have not been able to find any end buyers/investors for my 1st close.

I have no idea on what I'm doing wrong.

Well, as of 7:40pm(California time), tonight on 3/7/2011, my order was confirmed for Deans' "Your Town, Your Real Estate Profits" book with the Bonuses. Getting his newest book of R.E information & getting one of his most popular books, "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" as an add-on was a major deal in my opinion!

I'm starting this journal for several reasons:

a) to keep fellow DG members updated on my progress
b) keep myself motivated and accountable
c) track what I do & don't do action wise while reading Dean's books
d) motivate & inspire other young moms like me to take action!

I found a property for 24k the seller is willing to carry back 50% to do the deal with approved funds. But I don't have the funds I mean the other half of the 24k does anyone have any really good ideas to help me get this deal done? Its a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. Haven't drove by it yet but its near a college I'm sure of that. So it would probably be a pretty decent deal. Its REO home any information would be greatly appreciated.

Can you use "Subject to" financing to buy and hold? or to purchase your main residence?

I start 1=15=2011 and my start time is 10:48pm

anybody have any info on a program called deed graber clames to be about tax deeds

I am still in florida looks like I will be here for another week to 10 days. You know how it goes start one job which leads to another and so on an so on . I have been blessed to be able to turn work into a study /learning vacation . The person I am doing work for is a retired real E broker /investor which has been great I am learning so much

I am a Realtor in Tampa Florida that wants to put together members from here to Flagler Beach, including Orlando. I have partnered with a wonderful young lady in Flagler that is a member of Dean's Academy.

We are looking for people with a kick butt mentality that will knock down doors. We would like to put together deals with no money, just guts, making something huge out of nothing.

I prefer lease options and than purchase and holds. Any commissions that I would make would be given back to our group to reinvest.

I have been looking and can't find anything. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place. Anyway, can anyone tell me how I can find a list of homes that sold for cash in our area? I have a letter set to send out but, no one to send it to. We have to build our buyer list more and I saw this in someone's journal and thought it was a great way to do that.
