I graduated from school last year, I have no experience in real estate, and I currently work a full time job. AKA: "Broke and Busy." Assignment of Contract Project in Progress!

My wife and I have been working hard (studying wholesale/assignment of contract, etc) to get this going here in the Greater Seattle Area for the past couple of weeks.

We have been investing in Indiana for a while (investor-flipped two houses and holding five), but we need to put more cash in our pockets more quickly!!

We are so determined to succeed.

So far we have done:

1. Posted ads on craigslist to attract buyers and sellers. Got some potential buyers, but having hard time getting anyone respond to our 'we buy houses ads'.

2. Ordered corrugated yellow signs (50 of them). They should arrive here next week.

3. been contacting real estate agents (so far we haven't found a good one yet)

Whats up every one, no one wants to help me out with these properties.I seen a lot of newbies come on line that dont know anything and you all help them out with every detail" I am following deans 30 days to real-estate cash, and this agent I found seems as if he wants to work with me he sent me a listing of 6 properties, he's first one respond to me quickly, should I try and lock these up? pls help out?
