we have down day today, making first offer to our Realtor, She drop us with a call back saying, the offer we did it's not going to work, it's 1/3 of market value. and I don't know if we did the number wrong or what? Me and Dustin my fiance keep at it to making better suitable Realtor, of course it's ours first week. Planning read over everything again just see if we did the number right or did we miss something. First time get dump by Realtor. Have feel we will get this Business starting soon!!! ^_^ I have 100% faith and other feeling too LOL

Okay, we finally just have one under contract, and just beginning, working with Agent is not so fun. it's our first deal together, so she is not much about trust, so we have to see the house together, every time I have to see/show the house to buy, she have to be there let us in, and sometime he is busy I look unprofessional for my buyer. I can't wait to got this deal done, people find a good agent is The Key!!! good luck all

Let's see if I can do this deal or not, one guy he want to sell his house he own no mortgage or no any deeds. the house it's in livable condition for rental don't need work just lipstick. He want to see it's for $74K will pay $8K toward buyer's down payment or fee...ect then pay $500.00 each months for rent lease for one year. 3 room 1 bathroom He has someone rent it for $615.00 a month for two rooms. which he has one room for himself. my question is it's that do able good deal for me?

just saw ad about home near UCF for 50K . I may be interested if rehab is in line with your estimate.Assume its college rental but wonder how its zoned if its a 4/2 at 1500 sq ft.Can you suply data on rental HX of this property and that area,total taxes and fair market value and pics of comparables and the house itself.
I will be in Orlando in 5 weeks if still available so any prelim info will help both of us.
