Is It Necessary To Ask REA's for POF of their Cash Buyer Before I add Them To My List?

I took actions today on Matt Lawson's recent training and called a couple of rea's and I got an agent who was interested in working with me after I told him that we have a knack of finding good deals off market using our creating marketing technique and we would pay him 3% of the sale price as his bonus if he throws us any of this buyers that closes on it.

Here is my question: As I start calling agents to add their buyers criteria to my list, is it necessary for me to ask these agents to show me their buyers proof of funds?

Found a Title Company Using Joe Jurek Power Questions. What's Next?

Good Evening my fellow DG members,

I recently found a good title company for my rei business using Joe Jurek Power Questions.

They gave me two references who are investors. (Their email info ONLY)

My question, how do I go about contacting these references to verify?

I would appreciate any suggestion anyone can share with me.

$8,000 for a Yard Sign

I haven't put out very many yard signs in the couple of years I've been wholesaling Real Estate, but I do have a few in my personal residence that say, I Buy Houses Cash. The last few years I have got probably 7-8 calls from sellers in my neighborhood. I actually came close to doing a few deals from those calls.
I would tell my family members that some day those signs will pay off.
Well guess what? A neighbor named Roberta calls me last week and says she seen my yard signs and she wanted to help her mother sell her house. She explained that her Mom was going into a care home. I had an indication of her motivation when she said they don't want to go thru a Realtor and just wanted to sell fast.

Hold Me To It - I Am A Real Estate Investor

Hi everyone,
This is my third try at becoming a Real Estate Investor. I know what I need to do. It's just so hard to except that I can do it. I wrote down my whys again last night. I reviewed my 30 day goals and my year end goal. They all seem to be in line with what I'm trying to accomplish. I liked the comment in Dean's book about all goals must be mandatory. Something I never considered when writing them down in the past. Feel free to ask me where I'm at in the process. I need some accountability.

Beginning My Wholesale Business, Young

I am 22 right now, and I started attempting real estate when I was 18. Motivated by influential books and a vision of my future, I started putting myself out there.

I left my mother's place, quit my job, dropped out of college two classes away from a degree, and a lot of trial and error. I started couch hopping with friends to living a a shelter, but I knew I would make things work.

Reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and How Be A Real Estate Millionaire I attempted to go and lock up contracts, where I met resistance because of my age and an improper system. I was kicked out of a seller's home because they didn't understand what I tried to do and was humored by real estate agents just for he heck of it.

Hi my DG family

I just wanted to check in with everyone to say "HI"..

I'm still pushing forward and NEVER going to stop.

This time last year I rememeber quitting my job after I came across dean informercial. This was a big mistake I made because I was thinking too much and never took action but I learnt a good lesson from it.

So for the past 3 weeks or so I evaluated myself and also my goals.. also I had hope I was going to become a can driver but that didnt work out even though I passed the license test. Everywhere I go they tell me im too young for them to put me in their insurance. I still NEVER gave up.
