Hi. I have been been reading Dean Grazosi's book titled "30 days to real estate cash" and part of the assigned work is being an active member of the forum. I decided to post a journal entry first because of how valuable it could be when compared to other things at helping me achieve my goals. In this entry I will quickly talk about where I am know and my previous experience with real estate.

I live in British Columbia, Canada, but I want to work mostly in the United States. Part of this is because I am considered a minor in B.C.and because I have a C Corporation in the United States.

This is my real estate experience:

2013: I started reading a book from Graziosi, I believe it was called "How to be a Real Estate Millionare"

This Is Insane. It Happened Again. Almost like Free Money.

I been doing this a few years now, it has been a struggle mostly and I still get shocked how some times deals just fall in my lap.
This is the second time my competitor called me and said he had a house on contract that he couldn't sell.
I added 5K to the price and sent it to my buyer. I was astounded when he says he will take it.
Of course it's only $2,500 each, but hell, all I did to earn it was to send a frikin email. What kind of insanity is this? I just got the frikin check in the mail an hour ago.....
Also with the $8,000 I made from my yard sign planted in my front yard and the few hundred I made on my Rental house that's $10,800 dollars this month.
I'm still hoping to reach my 100K goal this year.

Hi guys!!

This is the first post on my journey to achieving financial freedom!

I have read several books on RE investing and I am currently reading 30 Days To RE Cash. Which, in my opinion, is by far the easiest guide I've read to actually achieving what I want to do.

This past week I have contacted an investor friendly RE Agent who is willing to work with me and understands what I'm trying to do. And last night my fiancé and I joined our local REI group.

We currently have a duplex and we are both really excited to start our journey doing some wholesales so we can buy more multi-units!

WHO COULD HELP ME WITH THIS?

Hello my DG family,

There is an off market commercial property in my local market which I have cooking in my pipeline. I'm currently negotiating with the seller. I decided to start posting ghost ads of the property on craigslist tonight so I can line up buyers before I get the house under contract. The ads 6 ads I posted already were under the housing type "HOUSE"

Here is my question: Who knows under what housing type on craigslist can I post a commercial building for sale?

I would appreciate your help!

Buying from a Realtor and selling to a Realtor, fast 5 Grand

Ive been fighting tooth and nail to get some of my deals going. Putting in a lot of hours and making tons of offers. However some times they just seem to fall in my lap and it seems to be happening more often lately.

I had a Realtor call me this evening, he said he had heard my name around and wanted to know if I was interested in a small fixer in a good working class area. I told him those are my favorite.

He explained he just closed on it today and wanted 55K I told him I'll look it over and get back to him. I immediately sent it out to my 5 cash buyers. No more than 10 minutes one of my buyers emails me back that he'll take it for $60,000

Happy Labor Day my DG family,

I contacted a seller yesterday and he was motivated to sell his house doing due the fact he was ran out of money in his business. I checked the public record and seller bought the house four months ago for $370 and he put $20k into it.

At first he was asking for $425k and I did my comps and but the highest and lowest comps in the area came to be around $484,500.

The property needs some update such as the flooring, kitchen update and the garage needed some attention as well. I build a lot of rapport with him yesterday to the point he was comfortable with me calling him around 11pm last night to ask him how low he can do which is $415,000.

$20,000 on one deal. Somebody hold me down.

I was a bit depressed lately cuz even though I'm making over 20 grand this month, I been trying like hell to get some deals going with my partner Rich on our Kings County list of absentee owners. Sending out thousands of letters and post cards, talking to a lot of sellers and making a lot of offers.

Finally today one of the deals we looked at we got a buyer. Were only making $2,500 each but, It's great incentive and will keep my buddy Rich in the game till the bigger deals come in. Signing contract tomorrow.

And talking bout bigger deals, I got a call from a Realtor a few days ago, he seen my ads on Craigs list that I buy houses & Apts.

rough guess on how many people (DG Members) bought into the "4 Weeks to Freedom Mastery Program"?

I've been curious at how big a following Dean Graziosi has for a membership following, and for the newest program sold this August 2014, I's like to get a rough guess on how many people (DG Members) bought into the "4 Weeks to Freedom Mastery Program"?

Anybody know?

Im starting this journal to help keep myself accountable.

On 1-6-14 God called my wife to become an Angel..

I fell apart as anyone would do, my world stopped..

Im going to start all over and do this from what Dean teaches us.
Im going to do this as if its day one!!
Im not going on the 30 day, im doing this on a 10hr a week.
Yep that means when life happens and I cant get 10hrs one week, someone kick me in the azz and get me going please!!
