Virtual Wholesaling from Abroad

Hey everyone! My name is Marton Kovalovszki, 30, from Hungary, in the middle of Europe.

Crippled Homeless bird dog is making $2,000

I sometimes give this homeless guy 5-20 buks when I see him. He said his name is William but to call him Bill.

He hangs out near the Walmart parking lot entrance near Shaw & Peach but he's not your typical druggie alkie transient. This guy is crippled and seems reasonably clean cut.
I asked him if he'd like to make some money and he looked surprised and asked "What can I do"?
I gave him my card and told him to find me vacant boarded up houses. In the last few months he's sent prob about 20 addresses.

Well, wudnt you know it, I just got one of his houses on contract for $25,000
I ran it past my buyer and he wants it.
I wonder how the 2 Grand I'm going to give Bill will change his life?

It will sure make me feel good. I might have to get it on video or at least a photo.

MY NEW BIRD DOG IS A COP

I got a new bird dog named Mike, he called on one of my bandit sign he seen while driving.

He said he was a cop with 25 yrs in, and was now a Sargent working the complaint desk. He wanted to buy some properties. He had also called several other bandit signs.

One of the other bandit sign guys name is Justin and he said he had a house on contract for 60K. Mike the cop calls me & we look at the property online and we negotiate this guy Justin down to 57K, I just got it sold for 70 frikin thousand buks. Starting escrow today.

Mike and I are splitting $13,000 dollars, the other wholesaler is making $7,500.

How insane is this? The new bird dog and I are making a shipload of cash for doing almost nothing.

Hi! I just signed up for the No Money Flip training (my first introduction to the DG world via Tony Robbins). So far I am absolutely blown away by Dean and the DG Family! So much amazing information and so many inspiring success stories. I am wondering if there are groups that meet up and talk/learn/invest together. I saw the Investing Groups section, but it didn't appear there was anything current in the Southern California (Orange County) area. I've decided to make a real estate journal to hold me accountable! Just after typing that out... I got afraid. Fear is literally that quick...

My fiance doesn't really have any experience in this sorta thing. Total noob Smiling And I love it!!

I have some experience.. but no deals. Very close on some.

I've had business cards, postcards, banners... I had lists... I've had buyers, I've had renters. Once had a house worth 100k+ locked into a contract... for 27k. Had the buyer come look at it. The only thing wrong with this house was someone came and stole out the copper. 4k fix. Was going to sell it to the seller for 60k. Buyer flaked...

I was crushed.......

He said Don't Wholesale

I seen a post on another site that warned why not to wholesale and he wud tell why later in another post. I'm thinking what in the world is that guy thinking?
I just got out of the shower cuz I'm getting ready to go to the Title Company and pick up my check for $13,000 frikin dollars. Yea, don't get into wholesaling if you don't want to pick up checks like this. I've got 11 deals in Escrow that amount to some serious profits, if even half of them close I'll still be collecting some wild ass profits.
