Offline6/14/08 on my way to Toledo Ohio to possibly buy a foreclosure, as i sit here on my laptop i am checking into other foreclosures, kids watching a movie{bethoven}. They are just as excited as my cuzz and i. I will continue my journal probably this evening and keep everyone posted on how i come out. I am going to try to purchase this foreclosure with 2 or 3% down and go take a look at others and maybe a triplex.
