Bandit Sign Gold ! Ever wonder why the bandit signs work so well? Why this particular marketing method is so effective?

I believe because it is possible for us to actually do it ourselves.

Second, we subconsciously are pre-wired to look for bandit signs.... How is this so?

Well if you are a driver or ever been a passenger in a car.

Road signs have a way of being wired in our brains To watch out for them.... To me a children crossing sign or Road slippery when wet sign are both yellow with black lettering or design.

Looking at bandit signs it reminded me of these very road signs....

I saw a video on youtube about POST IT NOTE marketing. this guy was leaving them on gas pumps, all the gas pumps at the station not just the one he was using. so i thought heck buy yellow post it notes and write ?? buys houses etc.... and stick them to things, The mirror in the public restroom, The gas pumps, every where. the worst is people will just wad them up and throw them away no harm done... lots of public places hey it gets you noticed and its cheap you dont have to order them and pay shipping etc... there already for sale right in your town. i checked a price of 24.00 for 1200 lil notes. that comes to 2 cents a piece pretty cheap.

Any Tips and Ideas

I have a property in Elkhart, IN I would like to sell, I would even be willing to sell on Land Contract. It was a rental and the last tenants stole some of the copper wiring and left all their stuff inside. I was thinking of selling for $25,000, Land Contract option w/ 5K down. What would be the best way to market the property?

I do have a blanket loan that includes this property so the LC would have to be subject to that until it is paid off. What would be the best way to market the property? I was thinking of doing the same thing with the other property that's included in the loan, that one has a tenant in it now.

Any tips or ideas would be helpful.

Finding Lease Option Buyers

How do you go about finding buyers for lease options?
Currently I have a ghost add up on craigslist to which I have only gotten one response to in a 4 week period but this person didn't have a big enough down payment.
I have been holding off finding sellers for Lease options because I just can't find buyers.

Are there any other ways to find Lease option buyers? As I am currently unemployed I really do not have a budget for advertising so I would prefer less expensive options.

Here is my current craigslist add:
Rent to own in good area. Bad credit, bankruptcies and foreclosures ok
___ area investor has homes available in good area
Rent to own from $10k down (fully credited toward purchase price) and $1995/mo (partially credited toward purchase price).

Business card MAGNETS

Just another quick top on marketing to buyers and seller is the use of MAGNETS. the one I am referring to are business card magnets. They are the same size as a business card and one place that you can buy them is at HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS. yes the tool store. I was at this store buying some tools and I am always looking and searching for anything that I can use to market my business and I happily found these on a shelf and was EXCITED to try them out. One side is a light thin magnet and the other side is sticky and holds a business card. Harbor has a website and also a marketing magazine with tools and prices. Gets yours and start creating MAGNETIC buyers and sellers !!
