Okay, I know in this business it is about making money, big money, however, the business cards that I will have to make. Could someone provide a sample as to what will be included on it? I will appreciate very much. Thanks.

Owner is interested in lease to own, straight sale, etc. WHAT TO DO NEXT?
August 31st, 2008 | posted by iffizworldHere is the email from the property owner, I don't know what to say. Please help!
HERE'S HIS EMAIL:
I saw your ad on craigslist and I have a 2 Flat in Chicago Lawn that I am open to do a lease to own, straight sale, etc.
Please let me know what info you need in order for us to start this process to see if we can come to an agreement.
Structurally the property is great. I rehabbed the second floor unit (hardwood floors, new appliances, counters, cabinets, flooring, etc).
1st floor needs some cosmetic updating (not structural problems)

Finder's Fee
August 23rd, 2008 | posted by Carol StinsonI have called several investors and asked if they pay a finder's fee. All seemed confused about the concept of a finder's fee but said they would pay me something for introducing them to a property. I got the impression they thought they would throw me $50.00 as a tip or something. (I did not go into detail about exactly what I do. :HEY... I don't even know that yet.lol)
I know that a finder's fee can range from $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 because of all the research involved.
How do I know exactly how much to charge an investor for a finder's fee?
Packaging YOUR Property for RE-SALE

Building Your Buyers List and Finding G.R.E.A.T. Buyers
August 12th, 2008 | posted by sistreatBuilding Your Buyers List and Finding G.R.E.A.T. Buyers
Your goal as a Wholesaler is to find between 6-10 GREAT buyers. Go ahead and put your hand down, I know what your question is already. But, shouldn’t we try to have as many buyers as possible? Shouldn’t we market all of our deals to everyone? The answer to both of these questions is no, but yes at the same time.
Let’s start by dissecting the word GREAT into the individual letters.
G is for Good
A GREAT buyer is good at what they do. They take their business seriously and want to succeed in real estate.
Working with Realtors
August 7th, 2008 | posted by cfullerReal estate commissions are negotiable
Real estate consumers who choose to negotiate commission rates charged by agents are mostly successful in lowering the amount they pay -- and customer satisfaction does not appear to be related to cost.
That's according to a survey released Monday by Consumer Reports, based on responses to an annual questionnaire of 3,753 readers who sold or tried to sell a home, 4,029 who bought one, and 7,368 who both bought and sold a home in the past few years.
Another great listing site
August 7th, 2008 | posted by RinaI don't know if this one has been mentioned yet, but a FSBO owner gave me their link to this site today to view their home. It's very good (and has an incredible satellite zoom of the properties) so I thought I'd share it.
