I looked up my house and I thought it was right on the money! I also got to see what all the houses in the whole block were worth. It looks to me like they go by Market price per square foot, instead of how many bedrooms and bathrooms they have. Mine said it had 2/2 and it was upgraded before I bought it to a 4/2. The one next to me is a 5/3 but only 100sq ft more and $35K more in value on this site. I love it cause its free and you can see such detail! I looked up a house in Washigton but I couldn't find it.--But they let you update info on the site too. Thanks for the new favorite site.

I'm going to try it and see, I was just told the value of my home is $100,000 less than what I paid for it!! That sucks! LOL! Thanks again Rina dear.

One thing about the satellite views. Sometimes the little symbol appears over the wrong house. BUT, if you know exactly which house you're looking for it won't matter. What I LOVE about this site is that you can drag the picture to look at the whole surrounding neighborhood/town and really get a feel of the property/ies. Kind of like driving through, but from an arial view.

On that site it says my house is worth $167,000!! Now that sounds about right. What a difference! Thanks again Sister.

I just had an appraisal on my home to set up a HELOC. The home value on this site was $45K low. In my case, that is over 17%. I would not trust this site for an accurate value. The satellite view was great though.
