It is just that at times we get in our on way due to limiting beliefs and scripts that were written for us by others.
Dean, Kareng and many others have been sure catalysts for me to succeed. It is all goo! Everything happens for a strong good reason. I am resilient, I am perseverent, quitting is not an option, not even a thought for me. THIS IS WHERE I AM GOING TO BE, THIS WHERE I BELONG.

I remember seeing bandit signs for the first time on Los Angeles freeway off ramps back in the early 1990s. Of course, I did not understand the concept back then. I was curious how anyone can offer "Cash" to buy "Any Condition" house. Does anyone know who was using this marketing technique back then?
P.S. - Everything else is immaterial, irrelevant, and unnecessary.
I am going to begin my journey and if this isn't one of the most inspiring threads I have read on this site, I don't know what is! I will be determined to win when I return home from Afghanistan in June! These contractor checks will mean peanuts to me once I take what I have learned from DG and put them to action.. When I want to give up I read this thread and it gives me the confidence to move on. I am at a crossroads in my life and this is the path I choose. I will be posting my success soon.

It has been a beautiful day! Something, a tiny little thing that I kept postponing for some unknown reason, has been blasted out today.
ACTION is the antidote and remedy for procrastination! I was looking at that little thing eat at my self-esteem and confidence!
I decided today to face just for 30 minutes. To just place a dent in it. My focus was so tense, because I was seriously mad at it that within 22 minutes I was done within. WOW!!!!!
I am seaching out all the things that have been holding me back! I truly thing there are many lessons to learn from this small victory that has really boosted my confidence.

So I inquire about an investors' subgroup in my area yesterday. I was told it was dismanteled for lack of attendance. In the process of inquiring I spoke to a young top producer who I am to eat lunch with very very soon and who offered to help me all the way. The lady I spoke to to get info about the group tells me there is no leader to revive the group: guess what my new RESPONSIBILTY is: you guess right! I am volunteering to help as many people as possible and as Zig Ziglar said, I will be helped.
LESSON: take action!!! Take action and never, never, NEVER worry about the curses of the how! I now understand the law of attraction: WHATEVER I WANT, WANTS ME IN RETURN!!!!!
The simple move to a meeting has opened the door very wide!!!!
As Bob Proctor said: my dreams ARE WORTHY OF ME!!!!

I think I am at full speed. I have been stuck with trying to know the "hows" before moving on! The hows do not matter. the daily little steeps I take are telling the universe and my Creator through the law of attraction that I am ready and committed. As Mike Dooley said, turning on the GPS, plugging in the address and not putting the car in gear will take you nowhere, and yet, that where I have been all these years. As Zig Ziglar said I was reading deep in my subconscious that opportunity is NOWHERE! But now I loudly say opportunity is NOW HERE!!! A space, a tiny space between the two words, a tiny move in my thinking is making the whole difference!! What is the difference between ORDINARY and EXTRAORDINARY? Isn't it that litlle EX?

I finally found one Real Estate Agent who seems to be to my liking by following Matt's script. She is very positive and enthusiastic and really upbeat.
I also hooked up with someone at the GAREIA and we are surveying the number of members in our area to start a subgroup. I have been asked to spearhead that.
All i need to say is if you take action, if you decide to go as far as you can see, as you get there, the universal laws will conspire so you can even see further.
I am on! I will do my part. It is certain that the things I am seeking are seeking me in return, BUT I MUST INITIATE THE SEEKING!!!! And that is what Dean has been telling me for many, many years! It is not stupidity on my part, BUT WHEN THE STUDENT IS READY, THEN THE TEACHER APPEARS OR THE MESSAGE OF THE MASTER BECOMES CLEAR, ONLY WHEN THE STUDENT IS READY!
I am there right now and my Ahah!moments are multiplying!

As many upbeat and wonderful people as there are on this site it is hard to find someone who is as upbeat and lucid as you. We are rooting for you.
