Waking up!! It just clicked!! I have been a programs junkie!! Jumping from one Real Estate program to another for MANY years!! In all programs SOMEONE IS MAKING MONEY. Yes indeed. All you need to do is concentrate on ACQUISITIONS. Forget everything else and start making offers. Start at 2 per day.. No offers = absolutely no chance of success!
You are right! Get off of those trainings and websites. Find an agent, get searches sent to you, QUICKLY evaluate (totalviewrealestate.com) the properties and MAKE OFFERS! In the mean time work on your off market property marketing, but get that MLS system up and operating first!
