I woke up at 5:30 instead of 4:30 and posted all my remaining 8 bandit signs.
Great feeling to know that I have accomplished a mini goals leading to success.
Thank you to all of you here who are really supportive and encouraging.
Let us get it done!

When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
I love the mindset that you have! I believe that it is THE most important component to our success!
You are doing wonderfully. Just keep moving forward one step at a time and eventually it will happen.
Having to take a break for a few days is natural, too. Especially when first getting started, it is very easy to become overwhelmed with all the information. Stepping back can refresh and recharge you and then you can't wait to get started again.
I also enjoy seeing your references to the natural laws of the Universe. I have studied them some , too, and know that they definitely exist and are constantly at work.
Keep up the good work, Michel. I have faith that you will be one of the winners!

Most big things in life are accoplished one small step at a time. Meeting little goals will result in bigger goals being met.
I really like your approach to work. Understanding that work is a benefit and not a chore is one key to success. Keep up this attititude. It will carry you far.
It is a cliche', but a long journey does begin one step at a time. You can do it. We are all with you.

Thank you so much for your nice and stimulating words. Yes indeed I submit to the the Laws ans Principles of the Universe. It is great to know that I am being observed. That in itself is a truly strong incentive to move forward, reach my goals and quit my teaching job.I have a fear and hatred of disappointing those who trust me. Investors here at DG have become ones that I will never want to let down .
Thank you Karen,
The journey continues.
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
Thank you Roy for taking the time out to encourage me. I appreciate you and I want you to know all my encouragements go to you as well. It takes a man of character to give a push to another.
Thank you.

How far are you from Athens? One of my best friends lives there and I need to visit her before long.

Hello Karen,
I live 46 minutes away from Athens, GA. Nicole and I will be delighted to meet up with you when you make the trip.
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
Got a call from a Real estate agent from a ghost ad on CL asking me if I am looking for more investments deals. Will meet with him sometimes this weekend to finalize strategies.
I put ads on different free classified ads.
Learning many new things.
I am learning that reaching a goal while it is very rewarding, the way to the goal is where growth is. I am enjoying challenging myself and pushing out of the familiar zone.
Yes I am still up and running. As Les Brown says "It is not over until it is over" and I will add "on my terms"
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
The voice of "do not do that" kept flooding my head as I finished setting my 30 day goal. I must feel the fear and do it anyway. This same voice kept me prisoner in the past, not any more. I know by putting my 30 day goal out here, I am making myself accountable. I am giving myself a command and doing it.
My goal kind of frightened me. But if it did not then there will not be growth. I have to feel the discomfort, and I felt it. I have to leave the familiar zone (there is no comfort in the comfort Zone)
As Dean was putting the different examples on the board, I realized that I have pretty much accomplished some of those goals.
So here is my goal, my only goal and the different action steps, Potential Problems(PPs) and Proactive Solutions(PSs.
Goal: Deal 1 Beginning Date: 11/26/2013 Completing Date 12/26/2013
Action Steps:
1. Contact 100 new Cashbuyers: search key phrases online, call for rent ads, call them, email them, text them.
Potential Problem: They will not respond.
Proactive Solution: Keep calling until they respond and tell me not to. Meanwhile add new names on the list
2. Put 100 bandit signs out (25) every Friday. Buy 100 signs. Choose strategic locations.
PP1: No calls come from them
PS1: Give them 2 more chances. If not then change the location.
PP2: They are taken away
PS2: Put new ones out in the same areas if they have generated calls.
3. Contact 100 Real Estate Agents. Leverage Receptionist to get access to the most creative agents who work with investors. Call them. Send them Matt's letter and follow up.
PP:They are not interested.
PS: Grateful to find out this early. They are not the ones. Politely keep the door open and move in the search of the ONES.I am looking for Agents who are PHD as in Poor Hungry and Driven!
4. Locate 55 FSBOs on Kijiji, 30 on CL and 15 driving around.
PP:No willing sellers
PS:Leave the door open, ask for referrals, keep in touch with them. Call them from time to time to ask if there is anything they need that I can do. Build rapport.
All in all I am keeping the SW,SW,SW, SW Principle. Some Won't, Some Will; So What' Someone's Waiting!
I am praying and moving my feet in action.
Let the journey BEGIN!
It is not over until it is over.
95% of my goals were not reached.
I have learned a lot. I have learned the only major mistake that I made: NOT HAVING TAKEN ACTION. I lacked self-discipline the best definition I learned today in Brian Tracy's "NO EXCUSES" book. He quoted Elbert Hubbard who said: " Self-discipline is the ability to do what you should, when you should do it, whether you feel like it or not."
M. Gary Ryan Blair also said: " Every act of self-discipline you engage in, moves you one step closer to your goal, and every exception takes you off course."
I have learned. I am glad I put my goals in writing to come back, face waht I did and redirect course. In that sense, I truly think Napoleon Hills is right. This temporary setback taught me a lot.
The Journey continues!!
I REFUSE TO GIVE UP THREE FEET FOR THE GOLD!
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
But I am back thanks to the 100Day Challenge!
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
Karen, your posting and deals have been a serious catalyst in reflecting on my journey through(or is it) real estate and through my "goals" as a whole
goals achieving strategy.
I was a wandering generality and not a meaningful specific. While I was doing Real Estate, I had this strong love for IM, and was trying to do both. Well 1:2= .5.
Seeing going doing all theses deals this year, I decided to get really serious. I have been with PMI for over a year now, but the program I chose, due to finance, did not offer that accountability feature.
I fumbled on a video today, and found out about IE. I AM IN! It absoltely is a marvelous and strong program Day 1 I tour here and see all the benefits. Now it is really, really on!
Thank you Dean, Thank you Karen!

Dean is IT!
I feel Empowered, Excited, fully charging!! Here is a man who is genuinely interested in the success of his fellow!
You are the selfless man!
Here I come! This time I will be heard of!

I am so very touched by your post. You have no idea what it means to me. So often we come on here and post but wonder if it really makes a difference. I always try to believe that it does and the validation is priceless.
Keep on pushing. You and I have mentioned the Law of Attraction before and how we are both believers in it. I know without a doubt that it is true. Keep believing. Close your eyes and visualize what your life will be like when you get a handle on your investing. REFUSE to give in and I promise you, the Universe will open up to you. You are in a great area for this. GA is prime! Go get it! I have inside info that you are a winner and will "git 'er done"!
Believe! Believe! Believe! Now get out there and make your good luck happen!

Goal setting is the first step in success. Knowing what you need to do each day will eventually lead you to your ultimate goal. Taking those little steps are often the hardest. We allow our fears to take over and stand in place of our goals. We then never get where we want to be.
I love to ask students the old question, "How do you eat an elephant?" The answer is, "One bite at a time!" That is how we meet our goals. It is usually not done in on giant step. When we went to the moon it was a combined effort of thousands, if not millions, of litle goals being met. The importance of going forward and improving ourselves and our loved ones should motivate all of us. If that is not your motivation, then FIND
IT!
Many little steps go a long way. Best of luck in all that you do.

These words from Dean! Keep on pushing. from Karen! The answer is, "One bite at a time!" from RoyVoeks! All of these means to me: Michel NO RESULTS IS NOT AN OPTION! I do not use the "F" word any more. For me it is childish and immature. "F" word as in Failure, not the other one. They both share a lot in common and shed a lot of light on them, who use them.
I AM CONDEMNED TO SUCCEED NOW THAT MASTER DEAN has communicated to me. I am no longer to play hide and seek with myself. It can be fun, but it quickly turns out to be FUNNY!
I am IN! I am going for it! It is mine to get serious and busy!
Thank you all! Let the fun BEGIN!!!!
A MEA CULPA: Dean, I have purchased the "THINK A LITTLE DIFFERENT" IN 2005. But this is a brand new day! I am enrolled with the Success Academy! I am one of those who are in their comfort zone, pardon me, FAMILIAR ZONE,there is nothing comfortable in that zone. But,different day! Integrity time!
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
Thank you Dean!

Looks like you caught the man eye. I am glad you are doing so well starting out. If you have nay sayers in your life..drop kick them...If you need a day to recharge..take it.... But push forward everyday.. I could tell you story after story of the people that my partner and I have helped and there is nothing better than that feeling...not money, freedom or time...
I know it is late in the game but let me tell you if you can get to the edge then go..It is life changing...I will be watching as well...Keith

Thank you to all who are cheering me on! All I have to say is you are "putting me" on the spot, which is a good thing. Now I have to stop talking and start delivering! I am going to that and I want to be as supportive of everyone as you are of me.
I am grateful to be part of such a marvelous family, the DG family where loving and caring is the modus operandi and the order of the day!
Thank you all and the Journey continues!

Today is going to be a great day. I am determined to put everything I have learned in the 100DC challenge in motion. I will talk to Trisha today to see how we can work together. The deals will come by my pushing forward.
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
great journal you have going here... it will definitely keep you motivated and accountable, or as you say, 'on the spotlight'; but it's a great way to keep pushing yourself everyday to reach your goals, especially when you encounter obstacles on your rei journey, and you feel defeated or overwhelmed... then, you will be able to look back and read your journal, and you will see how much you've accomplished!
Wishing you great success,
Valerie

Thank you my man! It is On!!There is no looking back!
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
It has been some very very challenging days! It is an awful thing to see the health of a loved one go south! What hurts more is that sense of powerlessness. My mother in law is dying before my own eyes. She is losing the battle against cancer.
It is in these moments that true character is not built but revealed. The Bible,Og Madino, Stephen Covey, Michael Gerber, all of these have helped me to live by principles and value the importance of NOW. Now is truly all that we have. Tomorrow, as someone said is "the mystical land where 99% of all human productivity, motivation and achievement is stored."
I am assuming the position of of a leader that lives by the true north principles. I know that when I am struck down, I must get back up, apply resilience and persistence. I will lead and make my family not only go through this ordeal, but most important, GROW THROUGH IT. In the word of Dr. Stephen Covey, from the 7 habits of Highly Effective People, "THE MAIN THING IS TO KEEP THE MAIN THING THE MAIN THING" (Habit 3: Put first things first).
I will carry the 100 DC to the end. I am more determined than ever and the fun continues.Laugh
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
Resilience and persistence are the qualities of one that get hit and keeps on coming back!
It can be challenging, but I will keep going until the object of my purpose is reached.
I will never, never, never give up!
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
Michstan,
It sounds like you are going through some trials in life, i'm sorry to hear that. I love your attitude towards them you are accepting them and finding your way through them. In the end you will come out a much stronger person and will be able to take on even harder challenges.
This business will teach you to be strong and persistent till the end. I wish you luck and know as you keep going you will find your way through it.
Keep moving forward.
