thanks for the update, on the progress dean, it chuckeled when you said cash in dinarers, made me think of the currency dinars which i own some of that iraq currency .

sounds perfect for the cashflowing realestate props,just what i like to have in the future, i grew up with working with my father in oregon and tucson arz. on his rental props so i have seen the ups and downs , he still has some of his relestate in tuscon now had to re consalidate his relestate after the bubble.

It sounds like the answer to my dreams, but I have to ask, is it going to cost anything? I don't imagine you get a deal like this for free. Don't get me wrong, it would be well worth whatever you charge, but there are so many people like me who have nothing. We made our rent this month, but next month is coming fast, and we are out of resources. Will there be a way those of us on the doorstep of homelessness can get in on this miracle opportunity? And by the way, thank you for being such a blessing to so many.

Just want to say thank you for not taking me off the emailing list and allowing me time to decide to come on board. I have watched some of your videos here, on tv and read some of the comments and appreciated them all.

A little about one of my dreams relates to older folks. I suppose this is from dealing with my own Dad in his later years and other older folks I loved through life. Though they are gone they taught me alot about love the way God intended it to be. That is to say just being there for someone and helping them in the way they need help not the way you think they should be helped.

How this fits here is that I would like to see a complex, one story, gated, and with security for older folks that cant be completely alone but yet not industry geared so the personal touches are left out. A home where others care about their neighbors. After all we all one day will age and need help. And while we are able to help others why not do so? When we staff these facilities hwy not look for others that need help, maybe a working Mom, what about that guy that lost his job at the plant and has kids and a family or even just that hungry guy on the street.

Yes we can make money and friends at the same time but its how and what we do with it that really matters. I will be joining you all soon in realizing my dreams and helping others. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year or at least Happy Holidays to you all.

part of the problem i see is that with all of us, especially us newer investors is trust. there's alot of people trying to get in our pockets for themselves.
i feel most people here don't just want to make a better life for our families, but we want to help our like minded family members here.
i think it's truly a blessing that you want to help us with this and as we become more successful and secure we can in turn help others here.

Thank you Dean for creating a great HML program. I just got funded with a HML (loan company who matched me with an investor) They put me through a roller coaster ride from offering everything I wanted, to not being up front with my status, wiring problems etc. I kept telling myself I'm learning a lot from this experience but it was stressful. I did get the money to finish rehabbing the property I'm involved with and the property will go on the market mid Jan. I didn't make it "whole" but did enough to get a good price, keep you posted.

I am so ready to buy and hold and when I need a HML. I'll be callin' you. Can't wait.

Want to start out by saying ,Thanks to you and r team for everthing you do and have done. After saying that I do have to say that over the last 6months or so i've been MORE than a little disapointed in this whole process of REI and at this point in time I need MORE PROVE!! MAYBE THIS IS IT? I DONT KNOW ! So Mr Graziosi you say you and your team read these post all the time? Prove to me,a poor southern Ky man thats bought your books and spent $30.00 a month for (forclosurealert .com) that theres still hope and that it IS STILL POSSIBLE. ??

Yes, I truly believe you Dean when you say you are probably better at it than anyone else out there. (Finding some of the best deals)

I'm interested along the lines with what Hazco said, "what about wholesale deals?" I mean if you do it great, if not, OK.
Since I'm mainly doing wholesale deals and sometimes I have trouble finding them.

But on the other side of the coin, if you have some terrific deals available around the country, how do I take advantage of them?
I would LOVE to own a place in ...say ... Texas or Florida or even Indiana!

Dean... I have been going through some of life's challenges these past few years. The passing of my 29 year old Son on Dec. 12th of 2004. Three shoulder surgeries & a fourth pending. I will be having throat surgery on Jan. 18th, 20011 to remove a vocal cord nodule & a growth that was discovered during the scope exam. I am Hoping & praying all will go well & my voice will be restored to its previous clear & vibrant manner as it was in years past. By "Finding My Voice" & putting your teachings to work I will do many deals & be one of your successful students. Maybe even a business development partner. Only time & my efforts will tell. I have NOT thrown in the towel with all that life has put me through. I have notes written in one of your books that will serve a purpose one day. They keep me motivated in my minds eye. The private money lending program and partnerships that Dean talks about in this video blog for 2011 is incredibly exciting. It's what I've been looking for in real estate programs for over 20 years that has been lacking, and it will really help Dean distinguish his business from those of other gurus.

I know that Texas is a great place to invest, including the Texas Panhandle, and I look forward to working with Dean's folks more in 2011.

Dean, I'm your biggest skeptic. Real estate hasn't been working out for me, mainly because of lack of deals and lack of funds. I'll wait and see if you provide not just a solution but a REAL solution.

Awesome Dean!!...I'm excited. I just pray that God gives me the chance to sustain myself to work the academy and make deals happen. I don't want to resort to being an employee for long. I am not gonna quit!! I know too much to turn back and give up. I would be dumb not to take advantage of the times we're living in right now and I believe there is still a big window to capitalize on.
