Glad to have you as a member here on Deans board. We are all like one big family here. We help each other with our RE problems and cheer each other on. I have done lots of cash deals since I started. It is pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Just read everything you can here on the board and ask questions to the members who have been here a while and the one who have done lots of deals. You will learn quickly from them. That is what I did in the beginning is ask lot of questions and read everything. All my best to you.

Hi wening.I would love to have a sample of your letter. The bank has been awful about posting a 30 day late, when it was only a 12.00 shortage. They removed fees, I even paid the next payment early. They said this would not effect my credit,but it dropped my credit 50 points. They reduced my credit limit, even. I wrote and called with no results yet. Hopefully yours will work.

I too have credit issues and really haven't had any in about 15 years. Only show one score and have alot of unpaid medical bills. On disability and it's not enough to pay the bills which of course effects your credit. How does someone like myself start to rebuild credit. All I really have working and hope maybe it's all I need is assignment of contracts. Appreciate any comment. ralph

I thank the responders for adding more great insight. The cloak should be lifted on all of the CR Agencies. They are arrogant, their tactics and formulas are Top Secret, they are "basically" unregulated, and they have totally too much control over everyone's life. And they use the snail pace trac to wear you down in your efforts to contest and correct. Let some sunshine in to dissenfect this devil's lair. The same can be said about mortage companies in general. Good luck guys!!

Step #4

Hello Wening,
Well its really great to find someone here from my neck of the woods. I'm currently from the New York area. I'm also part of the DG family, I've gotten involve in RE without knowing which way is up,I'm here to learn from the pros like seasoned investors and every other individual who is part of this RE organization.
