Again, you and your staff are giving us more help than anyone else out here. I haven't done my first deal yet but I refuse to quit. I'm motivated by the thought that, once I get the first few deals under my belt, I can pass my knowledge on to someone else. I already have people in mind to mentor. Again, thanks for all you do and for caring.

Great information and glad to see that you are following threw with your plans. That's why this site is so successful. You and your family have a great holiday.

I know how hard it has to be starting the private money side because of all of the gov't red tape of being a broker. Take your time and do it right.

As far as finding cash flow housing; I think your students will appreciate your extra effort. It's nice to see someone who is proactive about real estate.

For another great blog. We can't wait to see the deals you and Matt have for us. Cash flow properties is what we are into as far as REI.

Dean I was down a little this week with some of the stuff that went on this site last week, about the fake people on this site that have been taken off thanks to the staff.

I just want to thank you Dean for bringing me back around with this great blog. All the good stuff this site offers us more than out weighs the bad stuff.

excited to see what you have in store for the private money AND finding the deals.Sounds like this is an enormous opportunity for any student to get off the ground because what you are doing is sealing the 2 obstacles that face each and every potential student ....$$$$$$$ to do the deal and second the GOOD deal that many cannot find.i believe there are great deals everywhere,we just have to learn what a great deal is and go get um !!
well until now !!! you are finding them,financing them and even sounds like lining up the repair and tennant with positive cashflow ???? WOOOOOOOW !! what an opportunity for all students!! awesome christmas gift !!!!! thank you again for all you do for us !!

Can't wait to hear all the details...I think the DG family can jump start the economy...we can be our own stimulus package! This is Huge! I keep saying Real Estate is the key to getting this country going..when real estate is moving it put's contractors back to work...stores are selling stuff and money starts flowing!!!

Sorry to relay to you Dean, but the info provided at the Mississippi event was factually inaccurate. The presenters said there was funding in place, but the blog you recorded on 12-19-10, said you are still working it. Tax liens were told to be redeemable with 1 year of back taxes paid, but actually require 3 years of taxes and interest, plus transfer fees. There were a few more things, so suggest the sales pitch is modified... Thanks Dean, did enjoy the event...
