Hi, I'm looking for someone in the northwest NJ area to partner up with to work some deals. I am new to this, and would love the benefit of "shadowing" someone through a deal who has some experience.
Thanks!
Amy

Looking for DG Partners (and mentor) in Idaho!
September 26th, 2011 | posted by frpenneyHello...
Looking for others to give some insight, partner on some future deals, and possibly give me a good kick in the pants! lol.
I'm working a little slower-paced (bought The Edge approx. a month ago and expecting 2nd child in less than a month).
I'm getting a little discouraged with RE Agents not getting back to me. My hubby and I want to buy and hold a few properties, so it's getting frustrating. (9 months pregnant = continuously decreasing patience level) haha.
Also, if anyone is in the North / North Central Idaho region...where are all the REI Clubs...can't find any closer than Spokane WA.
I would appreciate any help or advice from anyone familiar with this region! : )

September 17th, 2011 | posted by James L. KendrickAfter checking out the store I told one of my neighbor I was surprised at the prices of fresh vegetables at the 99 Cent Store. Red and Yellow peppers were at the time $4 each at Ralphs Grocery and 3 for 99 cents at the 99 Cent Store, Portabella Mushrooms the same size as at Ralphs were 2 for 99 cents. This person then said she would never shop there because they don’t know where the produce comes from. Next time I checked and I found all of the 99 Cent store produce came from California and a very large percentage of the produce in Ralphs came from Mexico and South America. The same was true of other products. What’s going on. Are we willing to pay more just so we don’t have to buy Made in the USA.

SoCal / OC DGers - Let's talk/meet
September 17th, 2011 | posted by ockevinHey DGers in OC & surrounding areas in SoCal,
Let's meet & talk & share.
Maybe we can create a meetup for ourselves? or whatever.
I only have limited time, maybe you too.
No matter what your experience, I'd love to chat or work together. I've met a few active investors locally and learned much, built some tools, and have some connections / info, but have limited time.
Let me know if anyone is interested in getting together soon.

Newbee PLEASE help!!
September 16th, 2011 | posted by BD6870Hi I am new to DG's family about 4 months now. I am very motivated, knowledgeable and eager to make realestate work for me. I HAVE to or we will loose everything. We have hit rockbottom and I don't want me, my husband and our 3 great boys to be another stat of this horrible ecomomy and lifes set backs. Im getting discouraged with the whole process and have not been able to make a dime. I am only looking to start out small like a few hundred dollars and work my way up the ladder to thousands. Every idea I have read or heard I've tried to the max and NOTHING. Just not getting any closer to our financial goal just behind 3 more steps. Sorry for another sob story maybe some good advise where to start over again will be my better LUCK!! Thanks for your time. Donna
