I have a question.. how can i find people just before they go into foreclosure. I am trying to assume the property before the banks take it back over. will banks tell me who is behind in payments?? any info here would help. thanks again.

Has anybody been successful using the offer formulas taught by Matt and the Success Academy?

I have worked with a few agents and they all stop making my offers using the formulas taught in our system.

They are agents that work with investors and say that my offers are to low for the San Antonio market.

I would like to talk to you guys out there doing this and being successful.

I live in Washington, DC. My cousin lives in Harlem NY, he's gotten sick and fell into a coma. His chance of recovery is very slim. He has a condo that his siter says is worth $350K. the property has two delinquent mortgages, she has just found out. My cousin his sister who lives in NY wants to hold on to the property, because of where its located.

What would be the best plan of action for me to purchace this property. Lease Option with her as tenant or finding and investor.

I *did* search for this topic so if it was posted previously I apologize for having duplicated it.

I'm a Real Estate Investor in the Dallas metroplex. I just started using the business social network called Linked In at LinkedIn.com but have only had 2 groups accept me as a member so far. The other groups either don't respond or they say they don't grant access to users without any Connections because that sometimes indicates they might be spammers. I've requested some Connections of some of the DG Mentors but haven't received any replies so it's "Catch 22".
