Local Networking and Discussion

I am a Realtor in Pittsburgh, PA who works with a lot of investors and would like to network with other investors, Realtors, contractors, etc. I am in the process of trying to get my 1st deal done and getting around the assignment clause with sellers and getting their permission. I love working with investors and find that real estate is addicting. I'm always on the hunt for that next great deal and my goal is to get enough experience and knowledge that I can possibly do a little investing myself.

I started deans training and got the rock bottom blueprint and the edge. I've been doing the six page 30 days quick cash. I live I maui, Hawaii. Anyway I put a ghost ad in this morning on Craigslist. I've gotten 10 emails right after I posted it. My question is how long do I wait to email back. It's only been a couple of hours. I'd appreciative any help from our dg family.

It is easy to cash flow on properties in the Calif High Desert. Great deals in this area. Hesperia, Victorville & Apple Valley. I am a Realtor-Broker, soon to be Investor and I am new to the DG Family/Website. Is anyone interested in working with me using your buying criteria and your source of funds?? I can send you properties and then write the offers on the ones you are interested in. Many REO properties here. The prices in our area are very low. it would be nice to meet some investors who are in the Colorado or colorado springs area. Sure I would love to be mentored anyone would. but really i just think it would be cool if i knew other folks that invested and had success they say your friends and the people you hang around are who you are or atleast will become. I want to surround my self with investors 24 7 or atleast some one i can call on and ask a few questions who knows a thing or two about real estate. so basically if you hand around drug abusers eventually thats what you'll become if you hand around rich folks eventually thats what you will become and so on you get it. so if your out there lets network and maybe some day do business im out
