Hello I live in Canada but I want to build my buyer's list in the states because I'm American & want to move back home. Is there any suggestions on how I can start this while in Canada. I know this works just having trouble getting started with the Buyer's List. I would love any help you can give.

I,m new in investing. Lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for 15 years. After the housing collapse I find it hard to find good real estate agents to work with...75% in the phone book are out of business.

I,m looking for people to be my power team and work with me in investing. I,m looking for real estate agents (who are knowledgeable in working with investors) brokers and attorneys, property inspectors and contractors, closing and title agents. If you know of someone who would be good team member I would be grateful in any help you can offer.

I created this forum to help those who looking to go from Full Time Employee to Full Time Real Estate Investor, as I think this is something that many would like to accomplish but not quite sure how to go about it. I, for one am in the process of fulfilling my dreams of leaving my 9-5 and advancing full speed in REAL ESTATE INVESTING:). (I am giving myself another 6-9 months of the working my job). To anyone that has already accomplihed this, please feel free to leave any tips and/or advice about the endeavors you took to become a Full Time Real Estate Investor. I wanted to reach out to the DG Family and inform that St. Louis, MO is one of the best kept secrets as far as cash flow spreads for landlords.
