Hi, I'm looking for someone in the northwest NJ area to partner up with to work some deals. I am new to this, and would love the benefit of "shadowing" someone through a deal who has some experience.

me too!

i am in central NJ. maybe we can meet somewhere and all collaborate. i am on my way to my first deal but i just posted a question to the forum that i am stuck on. How do i tell my seller that i will be making a profit on his home? i understand telling him he might be closing with my partner but then how do i explain i am making a profit in beween? without losing the deal? Allen and Denise, I know you have gotten farther than this from your posts, any ideas???????
