My name Doretha. I live in Tuskegee, AL. I am a new investor.I have been a realtor for several years, but decided that becoming an investor is what I really want to do for my self. I can find profitable whole sale deals in Alabama. An example of a recent deal: single family home, 4brs, 2ba, retail value $200k. Asking price of $125K, reduced from $150K, sold @$110K , what a profit! I can find these deals but I need cash buyers. It is easy to find profitable deals but difficult to find cash buyers.If you can help me with buyers, I am willing to pay a bird dog fee per deal.

What a Mind Blowing Blast! Networking within DG is AMAZING and networking in real time, face-to-face is INSANE!

As we met so many pumped-up DG-ers at the event, all I could think about was getting people together in smaller DG groups, locally in coffee shop settings across the country as a means to working to through mindset, hurdles, anxiety, as well as celebrating victories and strategizing the next deal.

There are "club" sites that many have using, there are our respective REI Clubs, but are there many "coffee house" groups?

Anyone?

I'd love to help organize if there is a need to improve local groups.

I'm looking for a mentor/coach in the Abilene, TX area. I'm a driven person, just need guidance and shown the path. Replace anybody who can't take you to your next leve!
RE agent, someone in your power team. However, if you recognize you or your own mindset is holding you back from growing faster. Then CHANGE is a must! Don't let yourself hold back from growing! change your mindset! it only take a second of shift our mind!
