I'm on the lookout for a Realtor in the Denver area - preferably one familiar with the 25:1 method advocated by Dean. I've had one for some time while I've been getting established, and prior to making offers, she's been a great source for referrals. I was surprised to learn of her unwillingness to submit the offers I gave her to submit today because they were 'too low' and would 'damage her professional reputation.' This was all even after I had told her that likely only 1 out of 25 of my low offers would be accepted.

In short - I'm looking for a Realtor who is not afraid, and understands the viability, necessity and resplendent potential for buying low priced sales in any market.
