Market shifting to a sellers market around here for awhile. Realtors typically getting 6 offers at list price and holding out for best counter offer before submitting. I could use a couple more properties right now. Most interested in area Chico to Sacramento. DG students know what I am looking for. Please e-mail me overview of the deal. Thanks.

OK DG'ers who out there lives in the Cleveland OH area, I will be in Cleavland on business early June and would like to meet and with you. Also, if any DG'ers are in the Cincinnati/Northern KY area I would love to meet with you as well to network and maybe even work together Its time for me to get fired up and stop sitting on the sidelines----

I posted around 6 weeks ago but didn't get a lot of replies so I wanted to try again. Anyone in here working in atlanta and want to network? I am trying to build my buyers list and I want to see if I could network with anyone who has done wholesaling in the area. I often find good deals in this area and have no one to send it to since I have 0 buyers. I go back and forth between AZ and GA and I am familiarizing myself again with the area, but as far as values and little tricks and tips that locals know, I am pretty much clueless. I'm here to build long lasting relationships so I can work with fellow investors when I permanently move back to GA. Let's make money together guys!

Have a deal I am working up in Canada see inf anyone works that specific area in Canada.

Does anyone have an Investor Friendly Realtor in Central FL? We thought we had one and she flaked out. On to the next one. I have some more to call, but would like to see if anyone has someone also?

I am 18 years old, and I have been interested in real estate for a number of years.
I live in south-western Ontario, and I am looking for a partner to invest in real estate with.
I have found a few potential properties, however at 18 I have a limited budget and little credit history, and as such, a mortgage or any sort of loan is unrealistic at this time.
As such, I need an experienced investor to help me. Even if you don't have the money, I would still appreciate a mentor. I'm trying to learn as much as I can.

For any of you who haven't already you should take a look at www.myhousedeals.com. They do not have properties in every metropolis in the US, but they do in most of them and it is very investor friendly. it also allows you to post adds for free to an very hungry source of buyers even if you only have the property under contract.

Anyone in an area where buyers don't grow on trees should find a good deal, get it under contract, and post it on that site and see what happens. Based on the percentage that get sold on there I think your odds on making money are very good:)
