Its always nice to see other Investors from our neck of the woods! Hope things are going well.

David, there's a lot of us here at DG from Texas! You can also try looking on the left Menu, under Main Sections, "REI Clubs / Groups", you might find one near your city.

Feel free to PM, we can exchange contact details! I have a very new group (a couple of weeks old) here in Houston and we are now about 35 members strong and it is a healthy mix of investors (new REIs, old REIs, Re agents, brokers, lawyers, doctors, rehabbers, it's exciting!).

It's good to network and also help each other out. Our TX RE laws are somewhat different from other States, they say "stricter" so there's a whole lot more to learn!
