I would like to start out with a quote “ALL THAT WE ARE IS THE RESULT OF WHAT WE HAVE THOUGHT. THE MIND IS EVERYTHING. WHAT WE THINK WE BECOME.” –Buddha
In Dean’s book, “Totally Fulfilled”. Chapter #2 talks about limiting and limitless believes. In this chapter Dean helps you identify what thoughts you currently have and how to change them, It will change your life.
It has always interested me that something so easy is so hard to do. Why is that?

June 11th, 2014 | posted by kthurmanWhere can I find the Conference Call about Instant Equity Exchanges?
June 11th, 2014 | posted by ronziI looked for the conference call about "Instant Equity Exchanges" and I was brought to a web page that showed lots of conference calls.
Problem is: Many of them have NO description of the subject. I do not have the time or desire to filter through all of them.
If you know where the exact URL is, could you post it here. If there are a lot of unnamed conference calls, could you please specify "It is the fourth one down from the top."
Thanks in advance!
Higher Efficiency Brings Higher Profits with Evernote
June 9th, 2014 | posted by DG_ModReal estate investing is a scalable business. We can do as little or as much as we want, and many people simply want to own a couple of rental homes and not have too many tenant problems as they enjoy retirement. However, for those of us who are wholesaling or engaged in fix & flip activities, it’s a busy world.

The mind is a funny mechanism. As I watch the children perform these fabulous gymnastic feats; their body's in perfect control. It looks so easy to do, so much so that it looks like the body is supposed to be able to do all these crazy twists, turns, flips and tricks.

Things to ask a realtor, before you decide to go with them
June 2nd, 2014 | posted by clarsenI know a lot of you struggle with finding a realtor that is going to be a positive member of your power team. Below are 5 questions you want to get answered before making your final decision.
1- How long have you been in the industry?
This will allow you to determine how much training they will need from you and possibly their broker etc. It’s important to find a realtor who knows their stuff. Many a seasoned realtor could be left in the dust by a newbie go getter.
2- What areas do you specialize in?
By getting this information you can quickly determine how many realtors you will need on your power team. In addition, if you don’t have buyers in the area they specialize in it’s probably not a fit.
3- How will we communicate?

Short Term is Great, but Don’t Forget Retirement
June 2nd, 2014 | posted by DG_ModReal estate investors come from all walks of life and in all ages; they are part-timers, full-timers, wholesalers and fix & flippers if their goals are more in the shorter term. There’s nothing wrong with a short term business plan, but we’re all getting older, and we should remember that the reasons many of our customers are long term rental investors are really quite lucrative and secure.
The biggest fear of those in the baby boomer generation is that they’ll run out of money in retirement. Sure, some will have jobs that they can continue, and retirement doesn’t mean what it used to anymore. Others will be unable to stay on in their life careers, and they get reminded of how things may go every time they’re greeted going into Walmart.
