Hi to all new DGers
I will begin..... I am Joel from New York City I was like many of you fearfully of trying or thinking does it work I sat at my computer/ tablet/cell phone wanting to post but did not know how or when or if my question was silly..... We are all on a learning path.....

Even though I am very active now I was not before up until 6 weeks ago..... Where I shifted and I said this is what I want what brings me alive and my passion mix that with my Why...... And I thought why not dig in all the way I did the same with security more than 8 years ago and I now hit my peek there but that was a job and real estate is my passion as it is for all of us here.
Being able to help others while learning is awesome

I joined DG back in 2007 and have been collecting emails, info and sort of staying "in touch" but never doing anything. But for some reason the interest would not go away. My wife and I moved to Florida, then came back to Las Vegas, NV and during the next four years did this move twice! Yesterday, after seven years, my wife caught the vision that I dabbled with and I/WE decided to "start again"!
This time it's a team effort and having a life time partner, spouse and your best friend join with you is exciting. Do we always agree? NO! But that where you can use each other attributes to drive you forward yet have the other one looking out for a pending blunder and having foresight from another's perspective. We are excited. Why, because we finally wrote.. in real writing our goals, desires, focus, and game plan down on a piece of paper. That's important folks but it's the hardest thing to do! In any new or renewed effort, keeping flexible and communicating with each other is very important. Nothing is cast in stone, but having written plans, adjusting them as needed from time to time, will cement your individuals visions and will focus your efforts into your life's desires and dreams.
