Return address on offer letters

When sending a person yellow letters, business cards and offers to buy their property, what should we use as a return address?
I thought about getting a PO box but most people (including myself) disregard them. I certainly don't want to use my home address and I don't currently have an office to use.
Any ideas?

What info do I use of Matt Larson?

Good evening everyone,

I'm not sure if I should use to find a Real Estate Agent (out of book - 30 Days to Real Estate Cash)in the pages, or the link that was sent as well.

It's different in both!

Someone let me know!

Thanks so much!

finding a contractor

What's the best way to find a good local contractor?
I'm considering just spending the hours at home depot learning my material prices and then resesrching labor costs.
All the contractors I've spoken with want money upfront to geiv an estimate.
Any tips?

realtor fees when wholesaling

Is there a customary fee to provide your realtor after he/she provides you with listings or do you focus on getting a deal assigned before they get paid? Is a fee even required or do they get a commission on the wholesale?

Free RE website

Does anyone know if the free website (available a couple of years when I first joined) still offers the free website,

Thanks,
Kevin

This Week’s Short Stories

New Cities, but Also Moving Downtown
The first article in this issue addresses companies moving to attract younger workers who want a big city lifestyle. There’s another trend however, as in just about all cities all workers are moving closer to the center of the city and the activity. They’re leaving suburban areas and commercial buildings are beginning to go to empty status in the suburbs.

Worker Availability Changing Where Business Locates

The title could easily indicate a movement of business in a local area to accommodate where people want to live. However, there is another and much larger trend that’s changing where businesses locate by much larger distances.
According to a report from Cushman & Wakefield titled “Human Capital: The War for Talent and its Effect on Real Estate,” there’s a massive shortage of available workers between the ages of 18 and 64 developing in many areas of the country. The report predicts that this trend will cause a lot of changes in real estate markets over the next couple of decades.
