Home inspection

I would recommend always that when selling a home that you get a home inspection and fix all issues that arise from the home inspection. If you do not fix all items please go into an explaination as to why you refuse to fix the particular item. This is a great way to sell a home or marketing technique to use. Go to an inspector that is certified. An ASHI certified inspector is a great place to start. This certification is recognized nationwide. I hope that this information helps!

Bandit sign blues....continued

The bandit signs are working a little better now that we are done with the summer slack. But they just don't pull the calls they used to according to my partner.

He's just put out a fresh batch of signs, the same kind he has always put out for years. Up until about 9 months ago his signs pulled in 20 calls a week for the amount of signs he puts out. Now the same signs and same amount only bring in 7 calls a week at best. Whats the deal? Are people ignoring our signs or something? He's tried different color combination and slogans to no improvement.

Anyone have an idea? This still stumps me-

Attracting Active Buyers

I’m rebuilding my buyer’s list; it seems the area that I chose to bird dog in doesn’t seem to be very active. I responded to several investors ads with an example packet of the type of leads I could provide. I got one response out of thirteen, and it wasn’t promising. Any suggestion on what would be a good next course of action?

Feeling Discouraged ....

I've got a list of buyers but no sellers. I don't want to lose my buyers once I find my sellers all because it's taking me long to find great deals. Wondering what to do??

I have only seen two prerecorded messages, one for Foreclosure advice & one for probate. Does any one have any good messages to share for any of the other types of sellers ? i.e. I Buy Houses ?

Help with Outlook as a Database

Hi

I am new to the program andcurrently building my lists of buyers, sellers, and Power Team members. I'd like to know if anybody is using Outlook as a databse to organize and track clients/prospects. If so, can somebody tell me how they are setting up that system within Outlook? Also, if anybody has any other or more efficient ways, I'd be grateful to hear how you are using those as well.
