Yes, They are looking for 3-4 properties a month in the Newburg area and $175,000-$180,000. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I feel your pain. I have had the similar problems. The success academy told us
"you only need to spend 10 hours a week on this"... I feel like I need to burn
our boats in order to get off the ground!

Carol Stinson's story is a good one to read. Don't forget to check with some realtors? Maybe get a list of expired listings in the area you are interested in...that you could get from a realtor.

To me you have a good situation, being that I have been trying to build a buyer's list for weeks. I am looking at a number of properties in NC, unfortunately they are down south so I couldn't help you. When you get a chance, please send me a tidbit on how you built your buyers list.

Go on "Craigslist" and put what is called..."GHOST ADDS" example: 3BDRM 1.5BA HOUSE FOR SALE @ $121,000 MOTIVATED. (whatever you like it to be) and then wait for response. You can post them in the newspapers, Do bandit signs, postlets.com, fliers.....etc., etc. That's what we did.

If you need buyers go to **** or google real estate investors. If you are trying to find sellers again google real estate sellers. Another good place to find either is on craigslist or other websites like it. Good luck.
I signed up for "****" almost a month ago and I haven't gotten 1 hit yet. I'm sure it works but not as fast as the responses I got from craigslist, upiller, backpage and postlets. I got responses from them within a week. We got buyers, now we gotta get sellers!!!
