Referral Fee

Does it work to have a Real Estate Agent to find
expired listings, price reductions, etc. if I'm
locating properties and passing them on to investors
for a "finders fee." If it does what percentage
would the Agent get when a property that he sent
me closes.

Also, I know the "referral fee" is negotiable but
can you tell me what the average referral fee is
so I know where to start.

Marketing For Lease Option Sellers

I've contacted many FSBO & FRBO on craigslist and Forsalebyowner.com looking for lease option deals, but no one seems interested in doing lease option deals.

I have a few questions.

What's the best way to approach sellers to do a lease option deal?

What would you say to them so they would consider a lease option deal?

Basic membership with them is free as well but if you need the advance membership you can upgrade as well. Sending out mass amount of offers

Hi..

We are new to real estate and but have been aggressively looking for deals the past couple of months. We are planning to utilize assignment of contracts first and have built up an investor list and are looking for sellers. We will be making 2 offers this week on houses we saw this past weekend.

We remember reading somewhere that Matt Larson would send out a large number of offers each week (cannot remember the amount, but somewhere around 20). Sooner or later, one of those offers would be accepted and because of the amount being sent out, the likelihood of acceptance increased
